Remi and the Color Seeds

Kids stories

In the Spirit Garden, little Fairy Remi finds the missing Color Seeds with help from a kind Wolf and a clever Elf, and even the Stone Golem learns to share.
Remi and the Color Seeds

Remi was a little Fairy in the Spirit Garden. Remi had tiny wings and a brave heart. But Remi was also a bit shy. Sometimes Remi whispered magic instead of saying it loud.

One morning, the Spirit Garden looked pale. The red flowers were light pink. The blue pond looked gray.

Remi gasped. “Uh-oh. Colors gone.”

An Elf sat on a mushroom stool. The Elf was gentle and clever. The Elf listened with calm ears.

“I think the garden is missing its Color Seeds,” said the Elf.

A Wolf padded over. The Wolf was big, but kind. The Wolf was loyal and loved to help.

“I can sniff!” said the Wolf. “Sniff, sniff!”

Remi nodded. “Let’s find them.”

They walked under tall leaves. They stepped over soft moss. Little lights blinked like tiny stars.

The Wolf sniffed near a stone path. “This way!”

They came to a heavy gate made of rocks. In front stood a Stone Golem. It was tall. It was made of rough stones. It did not smile.

“NO COLORS,” rumbled the Stone Golem. “MINE.”

Remi’s wings fluttered fast. Remi felt scared. Remi held the Elf’s hand.

The Elf spoke softly. “We are not here to fight. We want the garden happy.”

The Wolf sat down. “Please?”

The Stone Golem blinked. Dust fell from its chin. “Happy?” it echoed.

Remi took a slow breath. Remi remembered: brave can be quiet.

Remi stepped forward. “Hello, Golem. I am Remi. You look lonely.”

The Stone Golem’s rocky shoulders lowered a little.

Remi pointed to a dull flower. “When colors go, the garden gets sad. I think you do not want sad.”

The Stone Golem looked at the flower. Then at its own stone hands.

“I took Color Seeds,” it rumbled. “I wanted them close. I like shiny.”

The Elf nodded. “Shiny is nice. But sharing makes more shiny.”

The Wolf wagged its tail. “We can make a shiny pile just for you!”

Remi smiled. “Yes! We can give you a treasure.”

Remi clapped softly. “Fairy magic, small but true.”

A warm glow came from Remi’s hands. Not loud. Not big. Just steady.

Remi made a little box from leaf gold and dew drops. It sparkled like morning.

The Stone Golem leaned in. “Oooo.”

Remi opened the box. Inside were smooth pebbles that shimmered in rainbow light.

“Garden Pebbles,” said the Elf. “They glow at night.”

The Wolf added, “And you can keep them forever.”

The Stone Golem’s eyes softened. “Trade?”

Remi nodded. “Trade, please.”

The Stone Golem reached behind the gate. It pulled out a small pouch. Inside were the Color Seeds.

Remi took the seeds gently. “Thank you.”

They hurried back to the Spirit Garden. The Elf sprinkled seeds by the flowers. The Wolf dug tiny holes with its paws. Remi whispered a magic hum.

Pop! Red returned. Pop! Blue returned. Green danced on the leaves.

The pond became bright again. The air smelled sweet.

The Stone Golem watched from the path, holding the glowing treasure box.

Remi flew up and waved. “You can visit. We can share shine.”

The Stone Golem made a small stone smile.

That night, the Spirit Garden glowed with color. Remi felt proud. Remi had learned a new skill: quiet brave words.

And Remi had a reward too. The Elf gave Remi a tiny ribbon crown, bright as a petal. The Wolf howled a happy, soft howl. Everyone in the Spirit Garden felt safe and colorful again.
