Baby Phoenix was born 12 weeks early, and has spent the last 2 months in the NICU. He has beaten all the odds against him, and is mommy’s saving grace. He is still currently in the NICU, in hopes to come home soon. I would like to enter him in this contest, because he is just too cute to not be entered !
