Knight Stinky is a brave knight. He lives in a big castle. He wears shiny armor. He holds a strong shield. He likes cheese and he smells it. He smells a bit stinky. He laughs with a kind heart. Prince is his friend. They play in the yard. They laugh and run. They share cheese. It is fun. Yay!?!
One day Knight Stinky hears a soft cry. He hears Prince call, “Help!” He runs through tall doors. He races past bright flags. He trots down a path. The sun is warm. The wind is soft. The birds sing. Knight Stinky is quick. He sees Prince near a stone wall. He smiles, “I am here.”
Suddenly Stone Golem rises. He stands very tall. He makes a deep hum. He has rough grey skin. He has big round eyes. He is gentle but stuck. He has one heavy stone foot in a hole. He cannot move. Prince looks scared. Knight Stinky tilts his head. He cares. He walks close.
Knight Stinky asks, “May I help you?” Golem turns his head. He nods once. Knight Stinky lifts his strong shield. He digs near the hole. He finds a small toy hammer. He taps the stone. He taps and he hums. The rock cracks. It moves free. Golem steps out. He moves with joy. He bows to Knight Stinky. He claps his stone hands. He laughs a low rumble.
Prince runs to Golem. He cheers, “Thank you, friend!” Golem gives Prince a grey pebble. Prince holds it tight. It glows with a soft light. It warms his small hand. Knight Stinky and Prince smile wide.
Golem leads them to a dark cave. He points at a small shining orb. It floats above a stone block. Prince reaches up. He grabs the orb. It shines bright blue. It hums a happy tune. Knight Stinky claps. They have found the Lost Light Orb. It lights the castle halls.
They step out of the cave. The sky is light pink. The forest is calm. Birds fly home. Flowers close their petals. Golem walks beside Knight Stinky and Prince. They walk back to the castle gate.
The King stands tall on the high wall. He waves and calls, “My heroes!” He thanks Knight Stinky. He thanks Prince. He thanks Stone Golem. He crowns them all with tiny golden hats. He gives them a chest full of cheese. He gives them toy horses. He gives them warm cloaks.
Knight Stinky hugs his cheese. Prince hugs his horse. Golem hugs his cloak. They dance under bright flags. They laugh and they spin. They share cheese with Golem. They share toys with each other. They share warm hugs.
The castle rings with happy songs. The sun sets in soft pink. The stars appear. Knight Stinky, Prince, and Stone Golem look up. They make a wish together. Their wish is to play again tomorrow. They know they will. They are kind friends. They are happy. They are safe. The end.
