Davonta Life Story and the Temple Treasure

Davonta Life Story was a Treasure Hunter. He was small, but brave. He carried a little bag. It went tap-tap when he walked.

One warm day, Davonta went into a Temple. The Temple was quiet. It smelled like old stone. The floor felt cool on his feet.

“Hello?” said Davonta.

A bright friend stepped in. He wore shiny armor like morning light.
“I am Sun Knight,” he said. “I help. I glow!”

Sun Knight made a soft golden light. The dark corners ran away.
Davonta smiled. “We find treasure?”

“Yes,” said Sun Knight. “But we go slow. We listen.”

They walked. Drip… drip… went water.
Then they saw a big door with a face carved on it.

“Who goes there?” rumbled the door.

Sun Knight stood tall. “Friends.”
Davonta held his bag close. “Treasure Hunter,” he whispered.

The door shook. An Ancient Guardian woke up.
It was not mean, but it was huge. Its eyes were like two dark coins.
“Only kind hands may pass,” it said.

Davonta felt a little scared. His tummy felt tight.
Sun Knight looked at him and nodded.

Davonta took a deep breath. In… out.
He saw a tiny beetle on its back, stuck on the stone.
“Oh!” said Davonta. “Little bug.”
He gently helped the beetle crawl away.

The Ancient Guardian blinked. “Kind hands,” it said.
The big door opened with a slow creak.

Inside was a hall with three bowls.
One bowl had a blue pebble.
One bowl had a red pebble.
One bowl had a yellow pebble.

A sign said: “Make the sun wake.”
Davonta tilted his head. “Sun wake?”
Sun Knight chuckled. “That sounds like my job.”

Davonta picked up the yellow pebble. It felt warm.
He put it in the middle bowl.
Sun Knight shone his light on it.

Whoosh! The Temple glowed like morning.
Hidden pictures appeared on the walls.
And a small stone box rose up from the floor.

Click!
The box opened.
Inside was a treasure: a tiny crown and a pouch of bright coins.
The coins went jingle-jingle!

Davonta’s eyes got big. “Mine?”

The Ancient Guardian leaned close. “For the brave Treasure Hunter who is gentle,” it said.
Sun Knight clapped. “You did it!”

Davonta put the little crown on his head. It fit just right.
He laughed. “I am Davonta Life Story. Treasure Hunter!”

They walked out of the Temple together.
The sun outside felt soft. The coins jingled. The crown sparkled.
And Davonta felt brave, brave, brave.

That night, he hugged his bag and slept with a happy smile. Sun Knight stood nearby, glowing like a night-light. The Ancient Guardian went back to sleep, calm and quiet. The Temple stayed safe. The treasure stayed real. Davonta dreamed of more doors, more lights, and more jingles. The end.
