Cocomelon the Dinosaur lived in a cozy House. He was small, green, and very gentle. He liked warm socks, soft pillows, and saying, “Hi!”
One rainy morning, Cocomelon wanted his favorite rattle. It was round and bright. It went shake-shake-shake.
But the rattle was gone.
Cocomelon blinked. “Oh no… rattle?”
From under the table came Wolf. Wolf was a gray, fluffy helper. He looked a little spooky, but he was kind. He spoke softly.
Wolf sniffed the air. “I can help. I have a big nose.”
Cocomelon nodded. “Please. I feel sad.”
Wolf wagged his tail. “It’s okay. We look together.”
They searched the House. They looked by the couch. They looked by the rug. They looked in the toy box.
Cocomelon opened a drawer. “Spoons!”
Wolf peeked inside a basket. “Socks!”
Cocomelon giggled a tiny giggle. “Not rattle.”
Then—tap tap tap—came a sound at the window.
A Witch stood outside. Her hat was tall. Her eyes were sharp. She held a little jar with a cork.
The Witch called, “I like shiny toys. I take them for my shelf.”
Cocomelon hugged his tummy. “My rattle…”
Wolf stepped forward. His voice stayed calm. “Please bring it back. That toy is for a baby dino.”
The Witch huffed. “No. Mine.”
Cocomelon felt wobbly inside, but he tried to be brave. He took one slow step. Then another.
He said, very politely, “Witch, I miss it. Shake-shake helps me feel safe. Can we trade?”
The Witch blinked. “Trade?”
Wolf had an idea. He whispered, “You can offer something else. Something fun.”
Cocomelon looked around. He saw a big wooden spoon. He saw a pot. He saw two cups.
Cocomelon smiled. “I can make a silly drum!”
He tapped the pot. Boom-boom. He tapped the cups. Tick-tick. He tapped the spoon. Tap-tap.
Wolf joined in. He clapped. Clap-clap.
Together they made a happy House song.
The Witch’s feet started to wiggle. “My toes… they want to dance.”
Cocomelon said, “Dance with us. Then you can feel happy too.”
The Witch tried one little step. Then two. She made a small smile.
She opened the jar. Inside was the bright rattle.
“Fine,” she said, but her voice was softer now. “You may have it back.”
Cocomelon held the rattle with both hands. “Thank you!”
Wolf sniffed it. “Found!”
The Witch looked at the pot drum. “May I keep the spoon?”
Cocomelon nodded. “Yes. Spoon is for music.”
The Witch nodded back. “I will not take toys again. I will ask.”
Cocomelon shook his rattle. Shake-shake-shake!
The sound was bright like sunshine in the rainy House.
Wolf and Cocomelon did a little victory hop. Hop-hop.
Then Wolf found something else under the couch: a tiny box tied with a ribbon.
Cocomelon opened it. Inside was a new set of star stickers, shiny and safe.
“A treasure!” Cocomelon whispered.
He put one star sticker on his rattle. One on Wolf’s paw. One on the pot drum.
The Witch got one too, right on her hat.
Everyone laughed softly.
And in the cozy House, Cocomelon felt brave, loved, and ready to shake-shake-shake again.
