The Witch smiles. “Welcome,” she says in a gentle voice. “To enter, share a kind word.” Ayson says, “Thank you for watching here.” The Witch nods. She steps aside. The great door opens with a creak and a glow. Ayson and the Prehistoric Man go inside. Inside, the walls sparkle with blue light. Tiny sparkles float in the air. They walk on smooth white stones. In the center of the hall sits a shiny treasure chest. It glows softly. The chest has a golden lock. Ayson uses a small key from his bag. He turns it. The lock clicks open. Ayson lifts the lid. Inside are bright stars made of candy and colorful stones that shine like the sun. Ayson gasps in delight. He shares the candy stars with the Prehistoric Man. They taste sweet and happy. They pick up the shiny stones and place them in Ayson’s bag. They laugh and hop. They feel proud and joyful. The Witch claps her hands. She gives them each a silver star badge. “You are brave,” she says. Ayson pins the badge to his shirt. The Prehistoric Man pins his badge to his fur hat.
